Signed "RL" and dated 2005 on back.
When speaking with Gary Carlson, Robert’s partner, gary informed me that Richard Neutra was Roberts favorite architect and any painting that received the “neutra” name would have been very special to Robert.

Dimensions:
48.5" wide x 36.5" high x 1.25" deep.
Condition:
Shows very well. Three pin point push throughs to the canvas centered near the bottom (shown). Light wear to the painted frame.
Left side stretcher bending at finger joint. Could benefit from a new stretcher but usable as is. Wanted to leave it original
