1950s Tomlinson Sophisticate Slipper Chairs Chestnut Cane Mid Century Modern

$0.00

Pair of slipper chairs in chestnut and densely woven cane backs designed by John Lubberts and Lambert Mulder for Tomlinson Furniture Company. These are a part of the sophisticate line and have an elegant form with curved saber form legs. The cane is exposed on the front and back providing style from all angles while floating in the room. The wrap around backrest is low enough to sling your arm over or wrap around it providing extra comfort. Great mid century style would work well with designs from Harvey Probber, Vladimir Kagan, Milo Baughman, Edward Wormley and Robsjohn Gibbings.
