An early pair of Adrian Pearsall 109c lounge chairs for craft associates. These early iron chairs rarely surface. These chairs came from a single family estate (picture from 1960 included). The wool upholstery and foam is newly replaced. The fabric was dead old stock fabric from Vladimir Kagan’s personal collection. It is a high end nubby boucle wool. Great utilitarian design, these early iron pieces from Adrian Pearsall were purportedly made in Pearsall basement. They work well with designs from Jean Royere, Charlotte Perriand, French designers, Edward Wormley, etc. Labelled with a 4114 registration number belonging to Craft Associates.

Condition:
New foam and high end wool upholstery. Some surface rust and paint loss to the frame. Ball feet missing from ottoman.
