Paavo Tynell for Lightolier Chandelier flower accents candelabras 1960s
A 1960s chandelier designed by Paavo Tynell for Lightolier. 12 Candelabra bulbs around the circumference accentuated with brass wire flowerlets at the bottom of each. From underneath the brass frame features a swirling pattern. The center includes a bouquet of flowers with a white perforated dome diffuser with extra lighting. A pull down switch allows for the dome lighting to be turned on or off. Twelve flowers with white centers bloom therefrom. An all around elegant chandelier.
Dimensions: 28” diameter 16” high, with about 6’ of chain to allow for varying height.
Condition: overall very few scuffs to the white paint. Patina to the unlacquered brass. The original brittle plastic candelabra sleeves have been replaced with solid brass tubing. Original wiring works.
